- Appellate Defenders, Inc. (“ADI”) is hiring a full-time, criminal law staff attorney. ADI is a non-profit law office whose mission is to ensure quality representation of indigent parties in criminal, delinquency, and mental health appeals in the Fourth Appellate District and in the California Supreme Court. - The Sixth District Appellate Project (SDAP)
SDAP is hiring a full-time staff attorney. Information providing overview, qualifications, and instructions how to apply is available here: SDAP
- The Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division Two
is seeking to hire three attorneys: two for the writs department (Job ID 5818) and one for the central staff (Job ID 5817). - Office of The State Public Defender
The Office of The State Public Defender, Indigent Defense Improvement Division provides remote trainings to the indigent defense community. Relevant to trial and appellate defense, in both adult and juvenile criminal cases, the trainings address a wide variety of subjects. - State Bar Ethics Presentation

Two attorneys from The State Bar’s Office of Chief Trial Counsel will present this hybrid program.

Wednesday May 17, 2023, at noon
Join us for a one hour program led by ADI staff attorneys Siri Shetty and Anita Jog who will discuss claim preparation. This program is not eligible for MCLE credit
