DIVISION TWO CONTACT LIST
Division 1 | Division 2 | Division 3
Service addresses: check ADI "Cheat Sheet"
This document provides contact information for agencies most frequently encountered in Fourth Appellate District appointed counsel practice. The information includes street addresses. ADI is working toward mandatory universal service by email in the Fourth Appellate District, however, and so street addresses are not necessarily appropriate for service purposes.
Email service requires the agreement of all counsel. Acting as agent for panel attorneys, ADI is attempting to obtain a memorandum of understanding between appointed counsel and each regularly served entity in the district – e.g., superior courts, district attorneys, county counsel, public defenders, juvenile defenders, etc. Given that there are six counties in the district, each with its own set of entities and varying levels of technological capabilities, the picture will be rapidly evolving for some time.
To minimize the possibility of confusion, ADI has posted a CHEAT SHEET on the home page of its website, which will be updated as circumstances change, listing proper service addresses.
